Cancellation Policy
I understand that things come up, and I do my best to be flexible. However, last minute cancellations leave little time to fill the spot, impacting other clients opportunity to get in and the sustainability of my small business.
*Cancellations/rescheduling made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a charge of 50% of the service cost
*Cancellations or rescheduled within 2 hours of the appointment will be charged the full amount of the service.
